We offer a stress-free 7-day exchange guarantee in case your product arrives damaged or defective.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  7 days of delivery.
  
• 
  clear photos and an unboxing video as proof of damage on arrival.
  
• 
  unused and in its original packaging.
  

Once verified, we’ll be happy to send a replacement at no extra cost.

🚫 Return & Cancellation Policy

Since each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or design preference.

However, we do offer a 2-hour cancellation window for orders placed by mistake.
